Ministry of Industry and Trade upholds the application of anti-dumping measures for alloy steel
10/05/2022On May 5, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 843/QD-BCT on the application of anti-dumping measures for certain alloy steel products.

Accordingly, with regard to the anti-dumping measures applicable to flat-rolled, painted alloy or non-alloy steel products, since none of the concerned parties requested periodic review, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 843/QD-BCT on the application of anti-dumping measures to certain flat-rolled, painted alloy or non-alloy steel products originating in the Republic of Korea and China.
In Decision No. 843/QD-BCT, it is stated that, within 60 days before the end of 1 year from the date of this decision, the parties concerned in accordance with Article 59 of Decree No. 10/2018/ND-CP dated January 15, 2018 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management on Trade Defense Measures, may submit dossiers for review.
